Josie's Ridge hike is accessible right from town. Moderately difficult hike with a decent amount of elevation gain. Great views of the town and the Tetons.
Jenny Lake Trail in Grand Teton National Park is a great place to go just for the views, and it’s fun to circumnavigate the lake. Great views all around. Not as much elevation gain as Josies.
Taggart Lake has great views and a good chance of wildlife spottings. It’s the easiest trail on here.
Drive into the National Elk Refuge to look at wildlife.
Go up the tram at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
Enjoy the National Museum of Wildlife Art.

There are many great breweries in town but I like the setting at Snake River
