Places to Eat & Drink

The Villager Deli: Top favorite local restaurant owned by the Keel family. We may be biased, but it is a great spot in the center of the village for breakfast and lunch.

The Roast Office: fun, local coffee spot around the corner from the Villager Deli in Pinehurst.

Sweet Basil: a great lunch spot in downtown Southern Pines. The "Hot Vegetarian" is a must.

Wedgies: Don't let the gas station scare you! Great option for the golfer on the go. Many sandwiches were eaten here in high school on our lunch breaks.

195 American Fusion: Fresh, locally sourced ingredients in Southern Pines. The goat cheese cheesecake is divine. A staple for the Keel family over the years.

Ashten's: Another favorite in a cozy setting modeled after an English manor located in downtown Southern Pines.

Lisi: Enjoy Italian food in the Village of Pinehurst.

Vito's: Best Pizza in town. Located in Aberdeen or Southern Pines. Make sure to have cash if you go to Aberdeen location.

The Village Wine Shop: Fun local wine spot to pop in for a glass of wine or bubbly in the courtyard after walking around the Village.

Cradle Crossing: Formerly known as the Pinecone, this open air bar situated amongst the Cradle short course is the perfect place to grab a seat and enjoy specialty cocktails and cold beer! Transfusions are a must.

Tater Barn: If you want to feel like a local, go to Ryan's favorite bar. Eclectic taste, but Koley Keel describes it as the "coldest beer in town."

Pinehurst Brewing Company: Stop in for a round, enjoy house smoked BBQ, and play a game of corn hole in this old restored steam plant building located in the Village of Pinehurst.
