On November 22nd, late in the morning we officially tied the knot. Arjun's parents and brother had flown in from Massachusetts, we were eager and excited to make it official in the eyes of the government. We joke that his parents brought the cold. The preceding days had been warm and grey, scattered shows brought a gentle and temporary reprieve. That Thursday though, as the sun set the cold breeze came in. Our skin became coarse with goosebumps. Friday morning was chilly, the skies clear, the air had a pinching bite to it. We cleaned up some, put on some decent clothing, our comfiest socks and signed away. We knew we wanted to celebrate our union with our family and friends; problem is that they are scattered throughout the United States and beyond. To make things a bit easier for everyone we are celebrating in a few different locations, from the east to the west coast, spanning winter to the heat of the summer.
