We ask that all guests please read these Q&As to answer many questions in regards to traveling and logistics for Gwen and Mack’s Wedding before reaching out to the bride and groom. Q. What is the wedding dress code?
We ask that all guests wear shades of melanin to our wedding. (Google "shades of melanin")
Semi-Formal (just make sure you’re comfortable).
Men - You can ditch the tuxedo and formal attire and rock a nice summer suit. Dress shirts and trousers sans tie are also nice. And we love a good dressy short suit!
Ladies - I’m not saying wear a ballgown, but don’t pull any punches either! Go all out and dress to impress.
Q. Will I need cash? What else should I pack? If this is my first international trip, or first trip in a long time, how can I best prepare?
We recommend that all guests read this Pre-Travel Checklist, as prepared by Just Book It Travel, to ensure a seamless travel experience. All confirmed guests will receive very detailed traveling instructions 7-10 days prior to travel.:

Can I bring a guest or guests with me?
Since we are limited on the amount of guests who can attend our very intimate wedding, the event itself is invitation-only. Please contact Gwen and/or Mack if you would like to bring a guest or have any special requests. All invited guests are more than welcome to bring additional travel companions and friends to enjoy the vacation with us. Just Book It Travel can arrange travel for these additional friends and family members coming to vacation, but not attending the event.

Q. What should I pack?
Passport, sunscreen, sunhat, bug spray, Tylenol/Advil, prescription/allergy medication (if needed), backup charger, aloe vera, hangover pills, blue tooth speaker, small USD bills for tips.
Q. What should I expect?
We want nothing more than for our friends and family to enjoy their VACATION 🙂 . Please expect a good time with a side of shenanigans and debauchery.
Q. Who should I contact if I have questions or issues with ground transportation?
Please refer to your travel instructions email from Just Book It Travel for very detailed instructions to prepare you for travel. You can contact the Just Book It Travel Team (info@justbookittravel.com). The name of the transportation company is Shuttle Central. If you are unable to locate your transport vehicle or representative, please call 786-723-6220. Any same day changes or changes made within 48 hours of travel are subject to availability and non-refundable.
Q. "Who all gone be there?" LOL!
This is everyone’s favorite question, and the answer is Er’body! Texas, Tennessee, Washington, Virginia, Georgia, California, Michigan, Ohio, North Carolina, Nevada, and Indiana…we have people flying in from everywhere! We guarantee there will be someone here that you know or know of that will be happy to see you.. Especially the Bride & Groom!
Q. Is there a gifts registry?
Your presence is gift enough. But we were asked, so here ya go!
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
The $50 per person deposit is non-refundable. We hope that each of you purchased Trip Protection originally. Final balances were due July 14, 2022. All rooms became non-refundable after this date. Any applicable refunds must be requested from your travel protection supplier.
Example 1: Guest pays balance in full prior to July 21, 2022 and cancels prior to July 21, 2022. The $50 per person deposit is non-refundable. All other partial payments will be refunded. (Please file a claim directly with your Trip Protection provider for any non-refundable fees)
Example 2. Guest pays balance in full prior to July 21, 2022 and cancels following July 21, 2022. All payments are non-refundable following July 21, 2022. (Please file a claim directly with your Trip Protection provider for any non-refundable fees)
Q. I have a last minute change to my room. Who should I contact?
Since we are beyond the final balance due date, any changes (reductions in stay, cancellations, reductions in occupancy, etc) are non-refundable except via Travel Protection insurance claim. If you did not originally purchase travel protection insurance, the trip is non-refundable, but please reach out to info@justbookittravel.com to obtain your options.
Q. What does “All-Inclusive mean”?
The Royalton Riviera Cancun offers: All you can eat (gourmet restaurants and buffets), All you can drink (alcohol, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages), Entertainment (the resort will have daily and nightly activities including shows and a sports bar / lounge), non-motorized water sports, Room Service includes 24-hour room service of food. Q. What other amenities does the resort offer?
The resort offers 12 bars, 9 restaurants, a Gelato/Coffee shop, a water park, non-motorized water sports, upscale accommodations, in-room Bluetooth, kids and teens club, a royal spa, and a fitness facility.
Q. Are there excursions that we can participate in?
Sure thing! If you would like to plan separate excursions, feel free to browse the link below for some options.
Q. Can I upgrade my room or extend my stay?
Yes - please check with the front desk in regards to these options. The Just Book It Travel team is no longer able to make any modifications within 2 weeks of travel.
Q. Does the resort have a dress code?
As long as you are walking and touring the resort, casual and pool attire is acceptable. However, the fine dining at the resort requires either evening casual or resort casual attire.
For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt, blouse, or dress.
For Gentlemen: Shorts, Bermudas, Capri or long pants. Dress shirt, collarless shirt, or polo shirt.
Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn.
NOTE: Sleeveless t-shirts, tank tops, beach sandals, or flip-flops are not allowed for fine dining.
Q. Which airport I should arrive/depart ?
When searching for flights, the airport you are flying to is Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Q. Do I need to have my passport prior to making my deposit for the trip?
Passports are required at the time of travel. As long as you provide Just Book It Travel with your full legal name, you can arrange travel in advance. Instructions to apply for passports can be found HERE.
Expedited Passports now can take up to 12 weeks – we do recommend getting your passport as soon as possible. Please allow 12-16 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport “Acceptance facility“. If you do not obtain your passport prior to travel, you are responsible for any associated cancellation fees.
Q. Are there any travel restrictions for departure and/or return?

Please use this link and input your vaccination status, passport country, destination country, and date range to obtain any applicable travel restrictions, VISA requirements, COVID-19 testing requirements, and forms/documents required. This site can change at anytime. At this time, there are no COVID-19 testing requirements to enter Mexico or re-enter the United States, however, we recommend always knowing where you stand for the safety of yourself and others.
Q. Can I take a COVID-19 test at the resort?
The resort no longer provides free COVID-19 testing due to the change in CDC requirements for international travel.
Q. Does Just Book It Travel LOVE referrals?
Yes! This is a great question. Just Book It Travel is a minority, woman-owned and managed small business that is 100% reliant on “word of mouth” referrals. Q. Do you have a wedding hashtag?
Yes! If you post to social media, please use the hashtag #MosleyAfterAll. We want to collect as many pictures and memories of this weekend as possible.
Q. Is your ceremony unplugged?
Yes, we are asking that you please leave your phones in your room or in your purse during the ceremony. We will have a videographer and photographer and want to ensure they get the best, unobstructed shots. We will be sure to share them with you once we have them.
Q. What are your wedding colors?
Please only wear shades of tan, cream, taupe, nude, beige, gold, brown, or chocolate.
Q. Do we have to wear masks at the resort?
Always keep a mask handy in your purse or pockets. Please use your best judgment and do what is most comfortable for you and your guest. Restaurants may require a mask until you're seated.
