It will be relatively cool, with highs in the low sixties and lows around 40. Expect it to be cool in the shade and cold at night. The venue will have heaters and fire pits. Dancing is a recommended way to stay warm, so be sure to bring fleeces and jackets just in case.

Family members will be in formal attire for the Mass. The Family Celebration and Welcome Drinks will both be business casual.

There will be two room blocks: one at the Canopy by Hilton next to the museum in Old Town, and the other at We-Ko-Pa Casino. Please see our travel section for more details. Scottsdale is a Mecca for Airbnbs, so there are plenty of options to explore near Old Town.

Yes, the museum will be open during the event. Please leave your drinks at the front and take the opportunity to walk through and see the Western art. Fun fact: This museum was the site of our second date, where Peter was too nervous to hold Gwen's hand!

There will be a shuttle from the venue to We-Ko-Pa and another shuttle to the Canopy in Old Town afterward. While Ubers do reach the venue, please be aware that there may be a 15-minute wait.

No suits allowed—it's Cowboys Chic! Think sequins and spurs, with a Western flair and a New Year’s disco twist. Cowboy boots and bolo ties are encouraged. Please note that the venue has a dirt floor, except for a concrete dance floor, so plan accordingly.

Yes, We-Ko-Pa is one of the top courses in the state. Peter has already reserved four foursomes on the Saguaro course for the 31st at 10 AM. If you're interested, please talk to him to grab a spot. The Cholla course will also be open at that time, so you can call the pro shop to schedule a tee time there.
