Our story started all the way back in high school. We will be getting married on our ten-year anniversary! We experienced all of the exciting parts of high school together. We attended winter formals, junior prom, senior homecoming, and spent a lot of nights cheering each other on in sports. We talked about and toured colleges together, and then both decided UW-Milwaukee was where we wanted to be. We spent our college years making so many great friends, hosting many football Sundays, isolating from a global pandemic, and continuing to build our life together. We celebrated our 21st birthdays in August 2020 by returning to our hometown with a group of our friends and doing some of our favorite things - going out to the bowling alley, visiting the campground to float on the lake, and having bonfires in the backyard. In September 2020, we welcomed our cockapoo puppy, Bonnie Bella (BB) into our home with us and our two cats. We solidified our love for tropical travel in January 2022 when we took our first vacation just the two of us to San Juan, Puerto Rico. We have continued to take a tropical vacation every year since! After settling into our careers a bit, we started our search for a home. We were blessed with perfect timing as we closed on our first home in May 2024, just a couple months before our time in our beloved east side rental was coming to an end. 2024 continued to be full of special moments, when on August 11th, Jacob's 25th birthday, we got engaged! It was the most beautiful day on the water in Sister Bay, Wisconsin. We knew because of our love for travel and spending time with our family and close friends that a destination wedding was in our future. We cannot wait to celebrate such a special day with everyone!

Our story would not be possible without our incredible support system. We would like to extend special a thank you to our families for supporting us through all of our years together. It would be wrong not to mention all of the barely made curfews and additional bodies added to vacations and holidays that our parents have had to put up with. As well as the extra giggling, teasing and sometimes even bickering our siblings have endured. We are so blessed and thankful to our parents, Mike, Stacey, Tami, Bill, Scott and Missy and our siblings, Delaney, Shelby, Maryellen, Paige, Abby, Brooke, Matthew, Milo and Weslea. We love you all so much!
