The couple met each other while studying at The University of Texas at Austin at The Texas Wesley, a small methodist student ministry. Mutual friends had introduced them, and weeks later they started dating. They've been together since November 14th, 2019, through many ups and downs, far and wide. They both graduated from UT Austin in December of 2022, Gwyneth with her BSN, and Jordan with his BSA in neuroscience and minors in both social work and Spanish. Gwyneth started working as an RN in the Austin area, while Jordan moved to Houston to start his medical school journey. Jordan proposed in August of 2023 and the wedding planning began instantly.

The couple has found their home in Houston, TX. Jordan is studying at UT Health McGovern Medical School, while Gwyneth is working as a cardiovascular intensive care nurse at Houston Methodist. The couple is excited to see where their journey will lead them next!
