The ceremony will take place at the New Santuario de Guadalupe. This church is a replica of the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City. The original Santuario is located right in front of the church and holds significance for Ruth as her parents married there in 1970.

Centro Cultural y de Convenciones Bicentenario

The reception will be held at el Centro Cultural y de Convenciones Bicentenario which is located approximately 3minutes away from the church and approximately 10min from hotels downtown. The venue boasts 3D murals and other scenic sites which are ideal for photography and cultural learning (Javier & Ruth are nerds, of course there would be some learning involved).

This will be the next-day afterparty at Villa Vaquera, a location with a cowboy theme catered towards kids. We will cater with traditional regional food (or just tacos and drinks). Feel free to come dressed in casual or Cowboy/Mexican theme. Note: this will also be Ruth's tio's 51st wedding anniversary and tia's birthday, so it'll be several celebrations in one.
