At First Glance

We agree that the first time we met was to go to Lead/Defend in March 2022. Only 4 people went from the Tech BCM me & Hadassah being 2 of them.

After this we remained at "a name I recognize" until the start of the fall semester. Me & Hadassah had both decided "Let's soley focus on pursuing the Lord and improving myself." and seeking out dates and relationships was not a goal. We both decided to join the BCM leadership that following fall semester. Our hearts and zealousy to serve often put us serving in the same areas, events, and eventually our schedules brought us to leading a small group together. somewhere in that we moved from "I know that person" to "Yeah, He/She is a good friend of mine." She also would come and help out at ACT's to either study while rehearsal was happening or helping us paint the set. By the end of October all of our friends had their suspicions, even though a certain someone writing this was in complete denial during that time. He did suspect that she could start 'walking on air' if he was around. Suspense was built but neither one of us dared to address until after play week. Play week was a demanding week when ACT's does their performances of which I was always in. The monday after we went and watched wakanda forever. Appropriately, since safari's are common in Africa and elephants are in Safari's and afterwards we had a conversation to 'address the elephant in the room.' Obviously, it went well to some extent. We stayed up way to late talking and decided to ask her on a date for that Saturday which was eagerly accepted. On that date I asked her to be my girlfriend and she said "yes."
