The dress code for the evening is semi-formal. Please plan for weather as the ceremony will be held outside with an indoor reception to follow.

The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors, but the reception will be inside. Our indoor space is climate controlled, so just make sure you plan for the weather during the ceremony. However, if Indiana weather decides to not cooperate, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Yes! There will be a cash bar available, but we have covered the first round! We also kindly ask that you do not bring any of your own alcohol as it is prohibited by Indiana state liquor laws. White Willow reserves the right to ask anyone consuming their own alcohol to leave.

We are very much looking forward to sharing our special day with each and every person invited. Due to certain limitations, we are only able to accommodate the guests named on the invitations. We kindly ask that all RSVPs are submitted by Friday, October 3rd to ensure our vendors have an accurate head count.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00, so we ask that everyone be in their seats by 3:45. Please do not arrive any earlier than 3:00 as we may still be getting set up.
