Formal invitations will be coming in June 2025.
Will children be allowed to attend?
After much discussion, to allow all our guests to celebrate without worrying about little eyes and ears, we kindly ask that no children attend. Your invitation will include invitees. Thank you for respecting our decision.
Should I RSVP online or mail my RSVP?
Online! There will be a QR code on the formal invitation where you will be taken to this website to RSVP.
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP as soon as possible. The latest you can RSVP is November 6th, 2025.
Will the ceremony and reception take place at different places?
No! They will take place at the same place.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
Yes except for the bride and groom suites.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Of course! Both regular and handicapped spots are available.
Is it indoor or outdoor?
It will be an indoor ceremony and reception.
Will there be a hotel block?
There will not be a hotel block. However, our travel page has a list of hotels in the Stillwater area.
Will there be a shuttle or transportation provided?
We will not be providing transportation for our guests. If however, the hotel we find for our hotel block has a shuttle that will transport you to the venue, then there is an option!
What is the dress code?
The dress code is cocktail attire. Please wear the wedding colors: forest green, black, silver, and burgundy. ABSOLUTELY NO WHITE!
Can I bring a “plus one?”
Your invitation will give you this information. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!
What food will be served?
We will have hors d'oeuvres, a BBQ buffet, a cobbler and ice station, gluten-free wedding cake, and regular wedding cake.
Will there be drinks and alcohol?
Yes! We will have a full cash bar available at all times. From the bride and groom, there will also be limited availability of Stilly Wheat (Iron Monk) and Sauvignon Blanc.
All night there will be complimentary water, iced tea, coffee, and a hot chocolate bar.
Do I have to bring you a gift?
Do not feel obligated to bring us a gift. However, if you feel the desire to bring us a gift, please refer to the wedding registry.
Should we bring our gifts or send them to you?
Either is okay with us!
What time will the reception end?
The reception will end around 10:30 PM.
Will there be a gap between the ceremony and the reception?
Yes, during this time the wedding party will be taking photos. Guests can mingle and eat some hors d'oeuvres.
Am I allowed to take photos or videos?
NOT DURING THE CEREMONY. We ask that you please do not take photos during the ceremony. We will be giving the photographers permission to politely ask you to put your phone down during the ceremony if it becomes an issue for them. During the reception, however, we invite you to take as many photos as you want!
