The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at The Seclusion, located at 375 Seclusion Lane, Lexington, VA, 24450. The Seclusion is located 14 miles from downtown Lexington.

We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find a seat before the proceedings start at 4:00pm. Guests are allowed to arrive at 3:30pm.

No. Unfortunately, we are only able to accomodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, your plus one or your children will appear under your name when you RSVP. We are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends due to the capacity of our venue and our budget. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

Yes. We are asking our guests to dress up with us! The bride and groom kindly request that you wear your best black attire.

We recommend you do not wear stiletto heels. There are gravel and grassy areas that you might have to walk on. Chunky heels or sandals would be appropriate footwear.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors while guests will have the option to be inside and outside during the reception. There will be fire pits and smores that you can enjoy outdoors while taking in the mountain views.

There is plenty of free parking available at the venue. Transportation will not be provided. The venue allows vehicles to be left overnight but you must pick up your car between 10am-12pm on Saturday.

No. We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a great photographer and she will absolutely capture these moments for us.

No. You are not allowed to bring your own beverages on the premises according to the venue's policy.
