To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining."

If you do not RSVP by November 10th, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you)

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you will not make it, please notify Hailee as soon as you are aware.

Due to limited space at the venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. All invited members of your party will appear on the RSVP form. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!

We love and adore you little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors with the reception to follow indoors.

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening. *Jeans are accepted.*

Whatever shoes you feel comfortable in. Please keep in mind the property has grass, rock, and dirt terrain. *Boots are accepted*

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the Bride: Whites, Ivories, and Creams.

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invitation, and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 20-30 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 20-30 minutes, and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!

Our wedding will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Unfortunately, if you are not seated by then, you will miss the ceremony.

Once entering the Geronimo Oaks property, please follow the signs for the WEST TEXAS venue, which will be on the left side closest to the entrance. There are two venues on this property, so please make sure you are following the signs for West Texas and NOT for The Creeks.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, which means no photos! We ask all guests to follow this and be completely present during our special time! Our hired professionals will be doing the photo taking during that time! Feel free to take all the photos you like after we say "I Do!"
