Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers. If we were unable to invite your children we hope you see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us! But you're having a wedding across the country..... Yes! Please contact one of us and we can share more details if this affects your ability to attend. Children are welcome to come to all events leading up to the wedding.

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with all our closest friends and family!

During the ceremony, we will kindly ask our guests to put their phones away as we will have professional photographers and videographers. We encourage our guests to enjoy this moment with us unplugged! Unless your name is Bubbie, he is our unpaid videographer as he has been for all of Hailee's life. During the cocktail and reception feel free to take as many photos as you would like!

The gondola ride to the ceremony (Mt. Rainer Platform) takes around 10-12 minutes. We are asking that guests anticipate this when arriving. We are having a pre-ceremony coffee experience at the base of the gondola beginning at 2pm so all guests will be ushered to the gondola at the appropriate time. Our ceremony will begin at 3:30pm.

Yes—transportation will be provided to and from the wedding for guests staying in the Airbnbs listed in our custom accommodation link. Shuttles will pick up guests from these homes before the ceremony and bring everyone to the venue, then run continuous trips starting in the evening to return guests back to the same Airbnb locations.

There is free onsite parking at the venue! The A Lot is the closest parking and where all guests should park. There is a ramp up to the gondola to accommodate all guests!

After the ceremony the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Guests will be enjoying a cocktail hour on the ridgeline before riding the gondola back down to the reception! This will be the perfect spot for photos of Mt. Rainer!

Yes! Drinks on us and hangover on you! There will be a full open bar during the reception as well as refreshments during the cocktail hour.
