When should I RSVP by?
We would appreciate RSVP's by June 30th. To RSVP, please go to the home tab on our website and type your name to select if you and/or your guests are attending. If you are not attending the wedding, please RSVP as "no" so we can keep track of all the invited guests.
What happens if there is bad weather?
The weather in western NY during August can have a range of temperatures and precipitations. Checking the weather a few days before hand can help you ensure you are prepared. Bringing an umbrella or rain jacket to keep in the car just in case will not hurt. If there is rain during the ceremony the ceremony will still happen. If there is thunder the ceremony and reception will be moved to an alternate location. There will be bug spray and sunscreen supplied just in case as well.

Right before dark there will be a special event to determine whether or not the bride or groom will be thrown in the pond: "Who ever raises the most cash will go for a splash!"
CAMPFIRE: TBA
Once events start to wind down those who are camping or staying late are welcome to join around the campfire to wind down the evening.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We suggest to go with comfort and safety due to the terrain of the venue. There will be walking on grass that might have uneven surfaces. A short trail was made for the ceremony that will cross over the creek. That being said, high heels, especially with a narrow heel ARE NOT recommended. We suggest something with a flatter, shorter base, such as a sandal or dress shoe. Another option could be hiking boots.
Where can I stay the night?
After the wedding reception there are hotels that are listed in the travel tab on the website that you can book for your comfort. Anyone who chose to camp is welcome to pick a spot around the pond or field. Make sure your tent/ hammocks are equipped for the weather and you have everything that you will need to stay the night. There WILL NOT be a shower provided, but the portable restroom will be accessible.
Will there be a campfire?
Of course! And S'mores! Towards the end of the reception, those who are camping, or just staying late will gather by the fire and relax
What can I bring as a gift to the bride and groom?
We appreciate the thought! Since we live together already and plan to move in the near future, we have everything we need! However, if you would like to contribute, there is a registry attached to the website with a few options, and cash funds to help with our honeymoon!
What should I do about parking?
When you arrive at the venue there will be friends to guide you to the right location, which is located in the field in between the pond and the road. You should see it as soon as you show up. The parking will be on grass directly to the right when you pull in the driveway!
