Harrison & Hailey met in 2017 during their sophomore year of undergrad at UTK. At first it was a brief introduction from mutual friends-Hailey was on her way to a Tim McGraw concert and Harrison was headed out the door to a fraternity event. They both caught the eye of one another and thankfully a few months later Hailey asked Harrison to be her date to an AOII date party. The rest is history... the two went to more events together and began spending more time together. Finally, Harrison asked Hailey on a real date, TO SONIC. This was during final exams the last semester of sophomore year. They knew they might not see each other over the summer as Harrison was going back to Virginia and Hailey was going home to Nashville. Nevertheless, they spent 2.5 hours in the Sonic parking lot talking about everything under the sun. Thankfully that summer Harrison kept in touch and asked Hailey to come visit him in Knoxville one weekend. That weekend they became "official"- June 28th, 2018. Since then it has been nothing short of spectacular. They have been through countless months of long distance, army training, various jobs, veterinary school, and many other things in life. The two look at these times apart as little adventures- traveling to see the other makes time together that much more special. In between all of this they also got a dog, his name is Cash. Many of you know him and have seen him grow from a spastic little puppy into a crazy adult. He is their biggest blessing and brings even more excitement to their lives. He is also their best friend- even when Harrison and Hailey are living 4 hours apart- Cash is always there giving support. That is their little family of three! Harrison is currently working in Charlotte, NC and Hailey is finishing up veterinary school in Knoxville, TN and will move to Charlotte after graduation. No matter the distance, leave it to them to make every Tennessee football game Neyland Stadium has to offer!

"This wedding day is special to us- it symbolizes our love for one another- but is also something we have been talking about since we were young undergraduate students. It is a goal we have worked hard for. We have focused on our careers all while keeping each other at the forefront of one another's lives. To us, marriage is the celebration at the end of this long journey we have been on, figuring out who we each are and who we want to be. Through it all our friendship has grown stronger and the support for one another has been unwavering. What a beautiful thing to celebrate. Every step taken has been one to join our lives together, our families together, and our dreams together. We cannot wait to keep going on this journey as husband and wife.
