Hello everyone, we are so beyond excited to have you all celebrate our wedding! The purpose of this letter is to answer any lingering questions and have all the important information in one place. WELCOME EVENT:
The welcome gathering is on Friday 7/26 at a local restaurant called the Heritage Tavern in downtown Lenox. We have reserved the back patio for everyone to mingle before the big day.
The gathering will start at 7 and continue until the last call. The address is: 12 Housatonic St # 201, Lenox, MA 01240. Parking in downtown Lenox is fairly accessible, there are a few lots and ample street parking. The dress code is casual, whatever you are comfortable in! Feel free to have dinner beforehand or purchase food at the Tavern, it is a cash bar, and here is a link to the website so anyone with allergies/ intolerances can view the menu beforehand: https://theheritagetavern.com/. For reference, the tavern is a less than 10-minute walk from the wedding venue.
WEDDING CEREMONY:
The wedding ceremony will be taking place at St. Ann church in downtown Lenox. The address is 134 Main St, Lenox, MA 01240. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30 PM. There is a small parking lot on-site and street parking available. The church is a 10-minute walk from the wedding venue (The Kemble). The dress code is semi-formal.
COCKTAIL HOUR AND RECEPTION:
Both cocktail hour and the reception will be held at the Kemble. The address is 2 Kemble Street, Lenox, MA 01240. The event will be held in the backyard of the Kemble. The reception will be under the tent in the backyard.
There is limited parking available on-site at the Kemble, however there is close street parking. We ask people to carpool when possible and highly recommend Ubering to the event as we have scheduled a shuttle service home.
The ceremony at the church should be done around 2:30 pm and guests are welcome to make their way over to the Kemble in the meantime. Cocktail hour will begin at 3:00 PM with hors d’oeuvres and an open bar. The reception will begin around 5:00 PM. Again, dress is semi-formal. Feel free to wear short sleeves as it will be hot!
FAREWELL BRUNCH
The farewell brunch will also take place at The Kemble. Brunch begins at 10:00AM and will be casual!
We are having breakfast catered by an amazing local (Westford locals) business called Billy Bakes. We will be offering handmade pastries, breads, and some lighter options like fruits and yogurt. Please feel free to stop by and say goodbye before you head home!

SHUTTLE SERVICE HOME:
We are providing a shuttle service home from The Kemble (the reception venue). The shuttle service will start at 8:00 PM and offer rides until 11:45 PM. The driver is able to drive anyone home within a reasonable distance (20 minutes or less).
DRESS CODES
Welcome event: Casual
Whatever you are comfortable in! If you want to dress up or dress down it’s entirely up to you. The restaurant has a very casual atmosphere.
Ceremony: Semi-formal
The ceremony is taking place in a church, we ask you to please dress semi-formal.
Cocktail hour/ reception: Semi-formal
Both the cocktail hour and reception will also be semi-formal. We understand that it will likely be very hot and we are okay with short sleeves for the men! We highly encourage women to pack shoes that can walk on grass. Please feel free to bring a change of shoes that are comfortable and allow you to dance with us all night!
