Where is the ceremony?

The ceremony will be held in the grass north of Fête, to the right of the main enterance, weather permitting. Fête has a lobby where coats, gift drop off, the guest book sign in, and the restrooms will be available prior to the reception. After the ceremony, the indoor reception hall will be opened for cocktail hour.

Fête? What is that?

Fête ("fāt") is French for a celebration or festival. Our venue features a rustic-industrial interior with two levels for festivities. There is a back patio for guests to enjoy the gas fire pits and view of the pond behind the venue.

How will I get to Fête?

Our recommended hotels are just off of Exit 287 from I-94, 8 minutes north of Fête. The venue has ample parking for those that decide to drive. Our hotels do not offer shuttle services so it is highly recommended to carpool or use Uber/Lyft services if you do not wish to drive.

Can my children attend?

It is the bride and groom's personal decision that young children do not attend their special day. If you have young adults (16 and up) who wish to observe and be a part of the day they are welcome, but we do have concerns about younger guests being able to behave appropriately at this type of event and would like to avoid any situations that may dampen our special day. We mean no ill will by this decision and thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a flask or shots to celebrate with the couple?

Fête has a strict no carry in policy and we will be fined for any alcohol brought to the ceremony space or reception hall. Because of this policy we have opted for an open bar for everyone over 21 to enjoy. Please drink responsibly!

My invitation doesn't include a plus one, can I bring one?

Due to budget and venue capacity restraints we will not be able to accommodate plus ones not included on your invitation.

So-and-So wasn't invited! Can I add them to my invitation?

No. If you believe the bride and groom may have missed someone, please contact the bride and groom with your concerns. You are only allowed to bring the number of guests listed on your invitation. Due to budget and venue capacity restraints we will not be able to accommodate guests you've added to your invitation that were not invited by the bride and groom.

What should I wear?

We kindly ask that all guest wear formal or cocktail attire for the ceremony and reception. The bridal party will be dressed in formal blush and maroon attire.

What if I don't RSVP?

Fete requires assigned seating for the reception. If you have failed to respond by the date listed on the RSVP and have ignored reminders, you will be presumably not be attending.
