Due to venue and budget restrictions, we are keeping the guest list small. With that in mind, we will not be able to accommodate plus ones unless specifically noted on your invitation. Thank you!

We have arranged a block of rooms at a discounted rate at Chicken Ranch Casino Resort for the convenience of any guests who opt to stay overnight! The room rate is available for check-in dates of Thursday, April 30 through Saturday, May 2. If you plan to stay overnight, please book through the link provided under the 'Travel' tab on this website to receive the discounted rate. Please reach out to Hailey if you have any questions!

Please follow your preferred navigation to 17415 Hwy 108; there will be a sign just before the Hurst Ranch water tower directing wedding guests to turn onto a gravel road. This will lead to the parking area, where attendants will direct you to a spot.

The ceremony will start at 1:00 PM. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to park, have a look around, and find a seat.

We respectfully request that you join us in creating lasting memories by refraining from using cell phones or cameras during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture the moment, so that you can all experience it firsthand with us!

Hurst Ranch was founded by the bride's great-aunt and great-uncle and is now being run by the second generation, her cousins. Hailey has many fond memories of playing here as a child and hopes to share some of them with you!

Yes, locally made craft beer and wine will be provided. The venue does not allow hard liquor consumption on the premises during events.
