Hors D'oevres:

Passed hors d'oevres will include: Crab Tian with avocado, cilantro, and corn crisp; Pulled Pork Sweet Potato Tart with applewood bacon; Jerk Chicken Skewers with peppers and onions; and Parmesan and Artichoke Tartlets.

First Course:

Classic Grilled Caesar Salad, served with a garlic essence cracker, shredded parmesan, and parmesan dressing.

Entrée:

Guests will choose between the New York Striploin with bordelaise sauce, the Grilled Chicken Breast with citrus beurre blanc, or the Rockfish with citrus beurre blanc. Proteins will be served with whipped truffle potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Dessert:

A dessert table will be available, comprised of chocolate-covered strawberries, cake pops, cookies, and more.

Open Bar Menu:

Signature drinks will include "The Boh" (Orange Crush - Boh Knows this Maryland staple), "The Felix" (Old Fashioned - an appropriate representative for our grumpy corn snake), and "The Cairo" (Margarita - fitting for our outgoing party animal). The open bar will also include a variety of beer, wine, and liquor selections.
