Hailey and Katelyn met on June 29th, 2017 at their friend, Chelsea's birthday party. Katelyn moved to Alaska to work in tourism and Hailey was visiting her family and friends for the 4th of July. Fast forward to August, Hailey returned for another visit and their love story began.

In November their long distance relationship began and they had a year of travels and many adventures.

In the fall of 2018, Hailey and Katelyn decided it was time to end their long-distance relationship and move in together. Katelyn relocated to Portland where Hailey had been living for several years.

In the spring of 2019, they took their relationship to the next level when they welcomed Douglas to the family.

That summer they took a trip back to Juneau and it happened to be the sunniest summer on record. They missed their family and friends and decided to move back to Juneau that fall.

Hailey and Katelyn got engaged at Amalga Cabin on the most perfect day.
