I (Hailey) had been single for over 5 years and decided to download Hinge, a dating app. My intention was to simply get experience going on dates and I didn't think I would find my husband. I (Rees) also had Hinge and was in hopes to find my wife. We matched and started messaging and after a few days we had our first phone call. I (Hailey) was very nervous before the phone call and kept putting it off and making excuses. The phone call went extremely well and we talked for about an hour and a half. Hailey was an answer to my prayers and I felt so blessed by God. I felt safe, comforted, and loved. That feeling was so dear to my heart, as I knew she was the one. 1 year and 4 months into dating I told Hailey I want to spend the rest of my life with her and got down on 1 knee and popped the question. She said yes!
