Rooted on six acres in former pioneer farm country, Cornelius Pass Roadhouse is a tree-filled oasis in a growing technology corridor, laced with good food, handcrafted drinks and lively entertainment. The original farmhouse and outbuildings date back to the mid-1850s when the pioneering Imbrie family settled the land.
Here you'll find one of McMenamins' top-producing breweries, a distillery housed in the original granary, Imbrie Hall pub, various garden walking paths, an orchard, and the wee bar known as the Little White Shed.
Little White Shed
Once known as the farmstead's milk storage shed, the Little White Shed is now a cozy gathering spot featuring cigars and a whiskey club. Enjoy a drink alongside the warmth of the wood stove in this classic candlelit hideaway.
Octagonal Barn and Yard
The Barn was built during the early 1900s by the Imbrie family. It was built in an octagonal structure to maximize space for dairy cows and keep them from getting stuck in corners. It now operates as a venue for events with a pop up bar.
CPR Brewery
Initially housed in the old Roadhouse, the small Hillsboro brewery shared space with the restaurant kitchen (to the point of sharing the hood fan with the burger grill) and featured old-school open fermenters. Now, it operates in it's own space and produces award winning brews.
CPR Distillery
The distillery is located in the former granary barn built in the 1850s. Revamped by McMenamins in 2011, it is one of only two McMenamins Distilleries, producing the famous White Owl Whiskey.
Imbrie Hall
Imbrie Hall is named for the family that settled the site in the 1840s. Fashioned from a wonderful array of vintage and storied pieces, it looks like a century-old barn and operates as a pub!
