While we love your littles, we politely request no children so that we all have the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears. You deserve a night away. Enjoy a night off!
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. For example, your envelope would be addressed to “Mr./Mrs./Ms. (Your name) & Guest”. Thank you for understanding!
When should I RSVP by?
Our headcount is due by August 21st, 2023. Please RSVP accordingly to ensure that you and your guest(s) are accounted for.
What happens if I don’t RSVP on time?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We need to provide our vendors and the venue an exact number of guests attending by a certain date. While I will send out a reminder, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. If you have not responded to the RSVP by August 21st, it will be assumed that you will not be attending and be marked as a “No”. We hope you understand.
Is there a dress code?
We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for the evening. No jeans or white attire, please! We would also love if guests wore black to match the theme.
Will there be transportation to/from the venue?
Yes! There will be a shuttle running to and from the hotel to our venue. Specific details will be posted in the hotel lobby!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Please arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. The ceremony begins at 4:30pm and guests may arrive as early as 4pm. This will allow time for you to park (unless Ubering or alternative transportation methods) and find a seat! If you arrive after the ceremony starts, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.
