The ceremony will begin at 4:30, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to allow time for all guests to be seated.

We suggest men wear a suit or nice dress shirt/sportscoat, tie optional. Ladies please wear a dress or nice top and bottom. Please no denim. Take it as an opportunity to get dressed up.

There is parking available at the venue, please note that overnight parking at the venue is not permitted.

There will be a sign in the your lobby that will state what time the shuttle will leave your hotel. The shuttle will be leaving between 3:15-3:45 to allow time to stop at multiple hotels.

It is forecasted to be in the 60-70s please bring a jacket if you think you may be chilly, will will have some blankets and there will be heaters when at dinner and dancing, there is also a bonfire.

There will be an open bar for beer, wine, and select mixed drinks. Card for seltzers is available.

Yes, we will have a shuttle service. Pick up at the hotel and the shuttle will be available for guests to return all throughout the reception.

Weather permitting the ceremony will take place outdoors, the cocktail hour and reception will be inside.

While we adore your children, unless specified on your formal invitation please make it a date night. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
