Jacob and I met 10 years ago! Yes, 10! I was 13, and he was 15. We dated a bit, but as most teenage relationships, it didn’t go far. However, we kept in contact all these years and remained friends. Fast forward to 2019, I moved into a duplex that was right beside Jacob’s apartment. (We could literally see eachother from our backyards) Once we realized this, we started to hang out more often. My daughters and his daughters would play together but we were strictly friends. Jacob became someone I could really rely on. I didn’t have a man around so he started to help me with things around the house. After a year, we both found ourselves single, and quickly fell in love. Who would have guessed it, 10 years ago? ❤️
