Ceremony begins at 3:30. We advise guests to get there 15-20 minutes before our ceremony starts. Once the procession begins, late guests will be asked to wait to enter until after the ceremony.

Yes! There is handicap parking at the first entrance. Otherwise, we ask guests to enter through the white fence and park in the fenced in area.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

As much as we love your little ones, We respectfully request no little ones as there will be loud music and alcoholic beverage's. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy this as a fun date night! Please no plus ones under 18!

We are unable to accommodate plus ones unless indicated on your invitation. For example, your invitation will say " we have reserved__ seats for you". We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close family and friends.

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an " unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/ silence all phones during the ceremony to avoid interruptions. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture all of the moments and would like to limit phones/ cameras in the photos! We will be sure to share the photos taken when we receive them from the photographers! Please take as many photos and videos as you'd like during cocktail hour and reception, we would love to see them!

Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors, please plan accordingly!

Yes! We will have an open bar, we just ask that guests have a planned designated driver as our wedding venue is a little out of the way, it will be hard to order an Uber. The venue does allow cars to stay at the venue until 8am the next morning! We want to keep everyone safe!

We encourage our guests to dress their best! Cocktail hour attire is preferred. We kindly ask you to refrain from wearing casual clothes such as jeans or t-shirts. Our bridesmaids will be in black floor lengths dresses and our groomsmen will be in long sleeve buttons ups and black dress pants for reference! Avoid wearing dresses mid thigh or higher! Please message one of us if you have any questions regarding attire! No white/beige/ivory please!

We will be making our exit at 10pm and our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time.

The first two rows of seats on each side will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating at the reception and we will have your name and table numbers up on the board to direct you to your seat!
