We met at Chilliwack senior secondary. October 2018, Grade 10, 15 years old. If you ask Davies he will jokingly tell you I "stalked him" because the first time I saw him I was sitting on the bus waiting to go home and he was tossing a football with his friends. We both were in band class though and ended up following each other on Instagram where we began texting after a friend we had in common told him I liked him . We started hanging out shortly after Halloween and had the biggest crushes on each other. He asked me to be his girlfriend on November 21st. We shortly met each other's families after that. For grade 11 he switched to Sardis secondary and we would continue to fall harder and harder in love. We would see each other after school, I'd go to his football, and we'd go to each other's family dinners. We both graduated high school during covid and he went off to Ontario for school. We Facetimed all the time. He ended up coming home and moved in with me. I had started the HCAP program and became a care aide in long term care. On June 11th of 2021 we got engaged! We didn't rush into planning. we got our first pet together, Banner. Davies introduced me to marvel and star wars, got new jobs, and went to jasper and got our 2nd cat Loki. we have been planning like crazy for awhile now and can not wait to celebrate our next chapters with you all!
