When do I need to reserve a room if I want to stay in the hotel block?
Rooms for our block are available to reserve up until 5/26 but it is best to reserve ASAP if you know you will be in need of a room either the night before, the night of, or both!
What is the dress code?
We are asking for a business casual look and to wear what you are comfortable in. Please no jeans or sweats!
What are the wedding colors?
Our colors are dark blue, gray, and rose gold!
Are children allowed?
We have only invited children in our immediate families and whom are in our wedding party. Please reach out to us if you have questions about who all is included in your party.
What do I do if I have a dietary restriction?
Please let us know in your RSVP or personally message one of us and we will do our best to accommodate any restrictions so that everyone can be included in our special day!
Will there be a bar?
There will be an open bar at our reception that is closed during dinner!
Where do I park?
Matthaei has numbered parking spots on site that will be available to use for the ceremony free of charge.
Weber's has many parking spots outside of the hotel as well as restaurant and all parking is open to the public.
What is the wedding day itenerary?
The wedding begins at Matthaei at 1:30pm and will last approximately until 2:15pm. Wedding party photos will follow! Next, at Weber's, hors d'oeuvres will begin at 5pm and a toast at 6pm where dinner will be followed shortly after. There will be cake and other desserts promptly following dinner as well as a pizza station towards the end of the night!
Will there be a gap in between the ceremony and reception?
Yes! Please feel free to explore the botanical gardens as it will be peak time for the flowers! Ann Arbor is also a great city to explore if you have not been in the area or would like an adventure! Our favorite bar downtown is Good Time Charley's! We do ask that guests arrive at Weber's at 5pm for the start of the reception :)
Can I take photos at the wedding?

Our wedding ceremony will be an "Unplugged Ceremony" as we are paying a photographer for photos. We want to see you and remember your face during our ceremony!
Feel free to take as many photos as you would like after the ceremony and throughout the night!
