Brandon and Haleigh like to tell people they first met back in January 1997 when they were both born at Mercy Hospital in Merced a few days apart.

Realistically, they actually met sophomore year of high school when Haleigh caught Brandon's attention in class. He proceeded to ask if she were a new student to which she replied, "Are YOU new here?" A year later, Brandon would pull some strings to pair up with Haleigh as dance partners for their high school homecoming class dance.

At the time, little did they know this dance was the first building block that would lead to a blooming relationship they would continue to build upon to create a life they always imagined together.

Fast forward nine years later, after four years of driving back and forth between Davis and Sacramento, pushing through Covid Era graduate school with their two baby cats, and beginning their careers, they are excited to finally tie the knot and celebrate their special day with beloved friends and family.
