The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, please arrive 20 to 30 minutes early so that you may be seated.

The ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will be a combination of indoor/outdoor based on the weather.

Cocktail Attire

The Holiday Inn Downtown Chattanooga and the Residence Inn Chattanooga Downtown are our preferred hotels for the wedding weekend where we have reserved Hotel room blocks. We also recommend The Chattanoogan Hotel. Both are within walking distance of several local restaurants and bars. There are also many other hotel choices in the Chattanooga area or Airbnb options for a different stay experience other than downtown.

Yes! We have arranged for a shuttle to take guests to & from the wedding venue. One shuttle will pick up guests at the Holiday Inn between 3:30 and 3:45pm. The other shuttle will pick up guests from the Residence Inn and The Chattanoogan between 3:45 and 4pm. If you are not staying at either of these hotels, but would like to use the shuttle, please feel free to drive, uber, or walk to the pick up locations so you can use the shuttles! If you prefer to drive or use Uber/Lyft, be sure to arrive at the venue no later than 4:45. Our venue is about 30 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. The shuttles will also be available to take guests back to Downtown Chattanooga after the wedding and reception!

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony! While we appreciate you all wanting to cherish those memories, we want you to enjoy the ceremony and share this intimate moment with us without any distractions. After the ceremony go crazy with photos and videos!

There is plenty of parking at the venue, however we do ask that if you plan to drink that you Uber, use the Shuttle service, or make arrangements to get home safely!
