When should I RSVP by?

August 1st, 2026

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate guests as listed on your RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are children invited?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration (unless otherwise noted on your RSVP). We hope this gives you the perfect excuse to enjoy a fun night out!

Are there hotel room blocks?

Because the church and reception venues are a significant distance apart, we have not reserved a hotel block. Instead, we’ve provided a list of recommended hotels so guests can choose accommodations that are most convenient—whether closer to the church or the reception venue.

Where is the ceremony/reception located?

The ceremony will begin at 2:00 PM at St. Laurence Catholic Church, followed by cocktail hour at 5:00 PM at Briscoe Manor.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Will the ceremony be a full Mass?

Yes, our wedding will take place during a traditional Catholic Mass, which includes prayers, readings, and Holy Communion.

Can non-Catholics attend?

Absolutely! All are welcome—we’re so happy to celebrate with you.

Can non-Catholics receive Communion?

Out of respect for Catholic tradition, Holy Communion is reserved for practicing Catholics. Guests who are not receiving are welcome to remain seated or come forward with arms crossed for a blessing.

What is the “Catholic gap”?

The “Catholic gap” is a fun nickname for the time between the ceremony and the reception. This break allows time for travel, photos, and a chance to relax before cocktail hour begins at 5:00 PM.

Is there parking available?

Yes! There is plenty of free parking available at both the church and the reception venue, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot.

Is transportation provided?

Transportation will not be provided.
