We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible to ensure we have enough rooms saved for our guests. We have booked a continuous shuttle for our guests from Whistle Bear Golf Club to the Four Points by Sheraton Cambridge/Kitchener following the reception well into the evening.

Please let someone in the wedding party or their parents know if assistance is needed. Staff will bring guests up to the ceremony by golf cart when necessary. Following the ceremony, there is an elevator available to attend the reception. Washrooms are available just outside of the reception doors.
