The ceremony will be preceded by a traditional Indian Baraat at 12:30 PM in the parking lot of Saint Mary's Church.

A tradition dating back thousands of years, the Baraat, formally signifies the journey of the groom and his family to the bride's hometown.

Back in the days when families would travel on foot from village to village for weddings, a Baraat could span a multiple weeks.

Today, this tradition has grown into a short celebration of the groom's arrival to the wedding venue, with accompanying music and dancing.
