Years ago, the bride and the groom met and existed only as friends until the late fall of 2018. The bride insisted the groom take her out on a date, to which he did not contest. They naturally went to the ice rink, where they skated and talked for hours.
Their first kiss was also at the ice rink, so it made the most sense to have their wedding reception at the fairgrounds. They instantly fell in love, knowing very quickly this was going to last forever.
They bought their first home together in 2022 in the beautiful town of Harbor Beach. They settled in with their two dogs (Dugan & Rudy) and two cats (Hugo & Annie). Unfortunately, they had to say goodbye to Dugan, but he is forever in their hearts. They welcomed a new pup to the family in April of 2024, Gordy Howl.
The bride and the groom are beyond excited to spend the rest of their lives together bonding over Red Wings hockey and Taylor Swift.
