Austin and Haley met in the fall of 2022. They actually met on the LDS dating app Mutual, but through said dating app made lots of other crazy connections so it took some time to connect with one another. Prior to their meeting online, their lives were already intertwined. Haley grew up with Austin’s Madsen cousins before they moved to Spring City. Austin’s parents, Kelby and Tracy, also were at Snow College (in the same church congregation) and at USU at the same time as Haley’s parents Steve and Elizabeth. Seems like they wandered around in each other’s worlds for a while before they ever met. What a small world! Now a year and a half after finally meeting they are celebrating their happily ever after!
