Can I still attend the wedding if i did not RSVP?

We would love for you to be apart of our special day. We ask that you PLEASE RSVP BEFORE the cutoff date of SEPTEMBER 1ST 2024 so we can make the proper arrangements to accommodate everyone! If you do not RSVP by the cutoff date of September 1st 2024, we will assume you are NOT ATTENDING, and there will be no place setting, meal, or seating provided for you.

What time should I plan to arrive at the venue?

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony so you may be seated. The ceremony will begin at 5:00PM sharp. Due to the venue being outdoors, we will need to begin on time to account for daylight. If you arrive at 5:00PM or later, you may be unable to view the ceremony but will be more than welcome at the reception. Thank you for understanding! 🤍

Can I bring my infant or toddler to the ceremony?

As we prepare for our special day, we kindly ask that infants and toddlers not be brought to the ceremony. We have invested in a professional videographer to capture these precious moments, and we want to ensure the best quality audio and video. Your understanding and cooperation will help us create lasting memories without interruptions. Thank you for your support and understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to our tight budget and limited space, we are unable to accommodate additional guests for everyone. Therefore, plus ones are by invitation only. We kindly ask that guests who have not received a plus one invitation refrain from bringing an additional guest. Thank you for your understanding!

When should I RSVP?

As soon as possible. We want to get an accurate head count to provide accommodations for everyone. The final cut off date for RSVPs is September 1st 2024. After this date, you will no longer be able to RSVP as the final headcount will be submitted to the venue.

Will this be an unplugged ceremony?

Yes, we kindly request that you join us in having an unplugged ceremony. We have invested in a professional videographer and photographer to capture every special moment, and we would love for these memories to be free from the distraction of phones. Please refrain from using your devices during the ceremony so we can all fully immerse ourselves in the experience. You may however, make use of your phones throughout the reception. We will be having a QR code linked to a disposable camera app that will allow everyone to upload and share their pictures and videos throughout the evening! What is the Dress Code?

Semi formal! Also known as “dressy casual." Picture what you might wear to a nice restaurant or a fancy first date. Examples of a dressy casual wedding dress code may include: — Dress shirt and slacks with an optional tie — Skirt and blouse in high-quality material — A knee-length, midi, or casual floor length dress — Tasteful pantsuit or jumpsuit Semi-formal allows guests plenty of flexibility to choose clothes that make them feel good and look good.

What colors are appropriate to wear?

The color palette for the evening is Fall themed which includes reds, oranges, browns, and gold. However any color you are comfortable wearing is more than acceptable! Apart from monochromatic white as it is traditionally a bridal color.

What is on the menu?

Chick-Fil-A! There will be a variety of dishes to choose from including sandwiches (grilled and breaded), nuggets, salad, & mac and cheese. This will be followed by dessert consisting of wedding cake and cupcakes!

What if I have a severe food allergy?

We want to make sure everyone is comfortable and well taken care of. If you would prefer to bring your own allergy safe meal, you are more than welcome to.

Will there be animals present?

Yes, the venue is home to multiple animals. Some of which will be included in the reception. If you are allergic to llamas, donkeys, or horses you may want to keep this in mind.

Will the ceremony/ reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. The dinner and dessert portion of the reception will be under a covered area, while dancing and the ceremony will be fully outdoors.
