We met in February of 2017 at Western Kentucky University. Garrett had volunteered to come with Ian to help me bring my suitcases into my dorm after a weekend at home. We quickly became friends and started spending a lot of time together. Many people have seen this coming from the beginning and have watched our relationship develop over the last 7 years. Although, there have been some ups and downs, we have always had a special place in our hearts for each other. On April 2, 2023, we made it official and Garrett asked me to be his girlfriend. I quickly realized I wanted to spend my life with Garrett and on October 31, 2023, that wish came true. Garrett asked me to marry him and it was the perfect day. We cannot wait for our wedding day, and more importantly, the rest of our lives together.
