CEREMONY & RECEPTION

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at 15 minutes early. The ceremony will be outdoors and reception will be held indoors (tented area). Directly after our ceremony, join us for cocktail hour, dinner, and lots of dancing, you better dance.

We will be having an open bar with hors d’oeuvres followed by a buffet (please contact Haley for any dietary restrictions).

TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING

Transportation from the hotels listed will be provided via shuttle by On the Town Limousine. The shuttle will depart from Comfort Inn promptly at 3:30 PM and Home2Suites at 3:45 PM. One shuttle will leave at 9 PM from Walkers to return to the hotels, and a final shuttle will leave Walkers at 10 PM.

However, parking is also available at the venue and vehicles are allowed to be left overnight. We strongly suggest Uber/Lyft services.

Although we adore children, especially YOUR children, we are not able to accommodate children. We greatly apologize for any inconveniences.
