Allerton has a total of 36 rooms available for people to stay overnight. Not all of these rooms are in the mansion. Feel free to call them at 217-333-3287 if you would like to stay overnight. You have the option of arriving on Friday and staying through to Sunday AM.

What are the wedding colors?
Dusty rose and tan with hints of yellow
What is the dress attire?
Semi formal. Ceremony is outside in grassy area so wear appropriate shoes.
Can I bring a plus one?
Plus one is not allowed due to limited head count.
Can I bring my children to the ceremony?
This is a parent's night out wedding. Enjoy your night out without children.
Where do I park?
There is a large parking lot by the mansion. This is where most of the lodging is located as well as the ceremony and reception.
Ceremony details.
Outside in a grassy area with limited shade. We will provide hand held fans. You are welcome to bring water. It is a short walk from the mansion to the ceremony location. Please allow enough time to arrive before the ceremony start time which is 3 PM.
May I take pictures during the ceremony?
We have a photographer to take pictures. We request this is an "unplugged" ceremony with no picture taking. Also please silence your phone during the ceremony as we also have a videographer recording the ceremony.
Reception details.
Cocktail hour can be inside and outside. The dinner will be served inside. After dinner you may stay inside or their will be a bonfire outside as well. This area can be buggy, so bring some bug spray if you want to spend time outside. The bar will close at 10 pm and the music will have a hard stop at 10:30 pm. Feel free to stay longer but the DJ is required to stop at that time.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Feel free to have gifts sent to our home. We will have a pretty full car for our drive home.
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
We request you do not post any wedding photos on social media. The bride and groom would prefer to post their wedding photos before everyone else starts posting.
