Never in our wildest dreams did we expect to find our soul mate at a 2 year olds birthday party….but they say love is found when you’re least expecting it and that couldn’t be more true for us! Sharing a strong core value of family, we both grew up looking up to our older siblings. No matter what the occasion, even being invited to something as random as the neighbor kids birthday party….if it involved being able to spend time with family….you could count us in! For several summers in a row, we both had older sisters that kept brining up their “best friend’s younger sibling.” Both of us brushed off the nudging and comments to meet each other thinking nothing would come of it, until the day we finally saw each other in person! One glance, one snowmobile ride, several hours of deep conversation and lots of laughs later…..that was it. We never wanted to spend another day without each other!
Being a fresh couple navigating dating during a pandemic was challenging in the best way. We learned new hobbies, spent lots of time outdoors, played lots of board games, and best of all we began building our foundation on our faith together.

Getting to know each other the past almost 6 years, has been a constant reminder of how letting God lead, will be an outcome nothing short of a beautiful life 🤍
