Started going on dates and crushing on each other, so he got the invite to my 24th birthday party!

Rutland left for a mission trip to Kyrgyzstan, so I watched his dog, Dez, for a week. Dez approved, so Rut asked me to be his girlfriend after this!

Then my little sister, Lanie, approved....x100

Rut secretly asked his grandmother about the engagement ring she was saving for him - it's been in the family over 100 years!

My mom somehow knew that Rutland was THE ONE after only meeting him once. This was very unlike her, but her "mom-tuition" was talking!

I was forced to endure a Bama game and even wear the merch... This will be happening for decades to come so I've entered the acceptance phase. (War Eagle still!!)
