In 2020, we met through the world of internet, starting out as friends before slowly realizing that something truly special was blooming between us. Haley had just returned from living in Colorado, and Chang was fresh out of college, diving into his career. What began as friendship quickly grew into something deeper, built on laughter, and shared interests.

Our journey together began in close quarters during COVID, when housing was scarce, and Chang moved into a tiny house on Haley’s parents’ property. Living together in such a small space was no easy feat, but we found our rhythm, learned how to support each other, and discovered just how strong our partnership could be. Haley’s family quickly welcomed Chang with open arms, and those bonds have only grown stronger over the years.

2 years later, we moved into our first apartment together in Nashua, NH, balancing Haley’s budding pottery business with Chang’s full-time software career. After a year, we moved to Worcester, Massachusetts. While we embraced the city Chang grew up in and lived our best foodie life, we were also closer to Haley’s sister and Chang’s mom. During this chapter we also adopted of our beloved dog Nado, whose strong personality kept us on our toes, and our sweet and vocal cat Enzo. As you can imagine our space filled up quickly and we eventually outgrew this chapter.

One of the most unforgettable moments in our journey was a 3-week adventure to China, where Chang proposed on the breathtaking West Mountain 西山 overlooking his hometown Kunming. That magical moment marked the next chapter in our lives together. Shortly after returning home, we navigated the competitive housing market and finally found a place in New Hampshire to call our own.

Today, our life together is full of love, laughter, and adventure, surrounded by our fur babies, our families, and the little joys that make every day special. We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter with our closest friends and family, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds together, always.
