Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding will be taking place indoors, inside the atrium. However you will also be free to enjoy the Kaylor Gardens outside of the venue if weather permits.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Guests can begin arriving at 11:30am. The ceremony will start promptly at 12:00 pm.
Can I bring a plus one?
Our wedding is by invitation only. Unless indicated on your invitation, please do not bring a plus one to the ceremony. However, they are welcome to the after party!
Are children invited?
No. While we adore our younger family members, we do not feel like this venue is appropriate for children. Please make plans accordingly.
What is the timeline for this event?
Our ceremony will start promptly at 12:00pm followed by an extended cocktail hour from 1:30-3:30pm. There will be no reception, however we will be having an after party at Prohibition Hub that all are invited to.
What about parking?
The museum has plenty of parking spaces and should be able to accommodate all of our guests.
Food / Drinks / Dietary restrictions
We will be serving heavy cocktail food/hors d’oeuvres, along with beer, wine and non alcoholic options. If you have any dietary restrictions please reach out to us so that we can make sure to accommodate.

We have not booked a hotel block, but there are many hotels in the Hagerstown area and surrounding areas such as:

Unfortunately, due to constraint in space we can’t have all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!
