The venue opens an hour before ceremony time, so you can be there as early as 5pm! The ceremony starts at 6pm.

Yes! There are two parking lots at the Venue. There is a large parking lot off of Richards Street and a smaller parking lot off of South Eastern Avenue. There was a parking illustration sent out with your invitation, and I will attach that photo on our website!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors as long as weather permits, dinner and the reception will be held indoors.

If you lose track of time, reach out to the bride and groom. We understand things happen, but we have a final guest count due at a specific time before the wedding, so we may not be able to add onto our final guest count after this time.

Yes! There will be an open bar during cocktail hour, it will be closed an hour for dinner, and reopen again after dinner!
