What is the dress code?

Formal/Cocktail Attire - We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up for our big day! Ladies think nice dresses sandals or heels! Knee length dresses or longer as desired. Gentlemen are to wear a suit with or without a tie or sports coat with dress shoes.

Can I bring a date?

All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation. If your invitation is addressed to you "and Guest," you are welcome to bring a date, otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend unaccompanied. Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate our closest family and friends. We thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring my children?

While we love all of your little ones, this will be an Adults Only celebration! We hope that you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a date night or a night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Is the ceremony & reception at the same location?

No. Our Ceremony will be held at Haley’s childhood church, St. Ignatius. We ask that guests join us at our reception site at Swan Harbor Farm after the ceremony to continue the celebration!

Will there be Transportation/Hotel Accommodations?

Please plan to arrange for your own transportation to and from St. Ignatius church. There is ample parking available for guests. From the ceremony, we ask that guests either park at the venue or meet the shuttle that will be leaving from the Hampton Inn. The bus will leave from the Hampton Inn at 3:30 PM. There is parking available at the reception site; however, no cars are permitted to stay overnight. The bus will return guests to the Hampton Inn at 8:30 PM and 9 PM from Swan Harbor Farm.

What time will the reception start?

Cocktail hour at our Reception will begin at 4 PM.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will be entirely indoors. Cocktail hour at Swan Harbor will have an outdoor cocktail hour and with the remainder of the reception indoors (covered by tent).

Will there be food & drinks served?

Yes! Come ready to eat and party! We are providing a BBQ-style buffet for our guests to have plenty of options to choose from! Please contact us in advance if you have any allergies/dietary restrictions. There will be an Open Bar during Cocktail Hour & at the Reception.

Is there an After Party?

Yes! We will continue the party immediately following the Reception at 9:30/10 PM at The Greene Turtle (only a 2 min walk away). The After Party will be a Cash Bar.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Our RSVP deadline is August 3rd!! Early RSVPs are highly encouraged and greatly appreciated. Please RSVP through our wedding website.
