The ceremony and reception will be taking place at the same venue. The ceremony will be outside on a grassy area and the reception will take place inside with air conditioning. During the cocktail hour there will be the opportunity to walk around the property and play some outdoor games. All activities will be moved indoors for inclement weather.

We are offering a shuttle service to and from the venue, departing initially from Homewood Suites in Coralville. This shuttle service is available to all of our guests on a first come first serve basis. Please note, Uber and other ride services are not available near our venue. Due to limited shuttle capacity, we strongly encourage carpooling and making prior arrangements. We want everyone to be safe and enjoy a great night!

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening. Please keep in mind a majority of the events will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride and no jeans, please!

Please RSVP no later than April 29. This gives us plenty of time to ensure that there will be enough food and seating for all of our guests.

Please arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park, go to the bathroom if needed, and find your seat. The ceremony space is a short walk from the parking lot and golf cart transportation will be available.

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only, unless otherwise noted on your invitation. We would love for you to take the night off and enjoy an evening of dancing, drinks, games, and celebrating! Thank you for understanding!

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If a plus one is noted on your invitation, there will be a place to list the name of your plus one when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

Dinner will consist of pork loin, mashed potatoes, carrots, salad, and a dinner roll. We will also have snacks offered during cocktail hour and a late night snack.

We have hired an incredible photographer, Emma Fruhling, to capture our day. You may certainly take informal pictures throughout the evening, but please refrain from photographing during the ceremony.
