Semi formal, please no Jeans or Short dresses

Ladies :

I know its a lot to ask but we would love if the ladies/and girls wore colorful solid dresses ( we have a color palette if you would like more direction, but by no means does it have to be exact, think colorful garden party)

we do request that you avoid grays/blacks/whites or patterns when choosing your dresses.

If dresses are not your thing please feel free to wear a colorful dress top and tan/Khakis pants

Gentlemen:

We would love for you all to dress up in tan/light colored suits, or even khakis with a blazer. If that is not something you're comfortable with please feel free to wear Khakis and a colored polo/button up shirt.
