Shuttle Schedule
3:45pm | Meet in the lobby of the Aloft Austin Southwest hotel
4:00pm | Shuttle #1 and #2 depart for the Arlo
9:00pm | Shuttle #1 departs Arlo for first drop off at Aloft
11:00pm | Shuttles depart Arlo for shuttle #1 drop off at Aloft and shuttle #2 drop off downtown (where the party will continue)

Please book through the website link below to get a discounted rate. There will be shuttles running back and forth from this hotel to and from our venue. The room block is available for any stays between April 30th - May 5th. Our blocked rooms will be released back to the public a couple months before our big day so book sooner rather than later! If you go to book and it says sold out, please contact Haley and she can reach out directly to the hotel to see if they will add additional rooms to the block.
