Nate & Haley met on July 23, 2021 at a local bar in Coudersport. They each went with their own friends to watch a live band perform and hit it off from there. They went on their first date on August 15th and then on September 5th they started dating.

Throughout their first year together, Nate was completing his final year of pharmacy school at Duquesne in Pittsburgh. Haley was in her junior year at Penn State Behrend in Erie. They spent a lot of time in both places and made many great memories together!

During their second year together, Nate lived at home in Port Allegany where he started his career as a Pharmacist. Haley completed her final year studying Elementary Education and student teaching at Penn State Behrend. Two years of distance was hard, but they still found ways to see each other a lot through that time!

During August of 2023, Haley and Nate decided to take an amazing all-inclusive trip to Cancun. They wanted to celebrate their graduations and new jobs. It was the trip of a lifetime... (except for the weird, itchy skin bumps Haley got from the water lol)!

As most people who know Nate and Haley probably know, football is a big part of their lives. It doesn't help that Nate is a huge Michigan fan (YUCK) and Haley LOVES Penn State... we are! Since they have been together, Penn State hasn't beaten Michigan. Haley had to endure a loss when they went to the game in 2023 at Penn State, but it is a memory they will never forget! No matter the outcome, Michigan still sucks!

Nate and Haley bought their first house! It is right in downtown Coudersport, so Nate had to convert to being a Falcon and not a Gator anymore, but he has embraced it. It has been the perfect first home for the two of them and already has had a lot of memories made there with NYE parties, football games, birthday parties, etc. They are excited to continue making memories there now as Mr. & Mrs.!

Nate and Haley decided to add a furry little Goldendoodle to their home! They picked Sadie Belle up from a breeder in Ohio and their lives haven't been the same since! She isn't very "little" anymore and has definitely been such a joy ever since they got her! She is the happiest girl who loves toys, sticks, and everyone she meets.

Nate & Haley got engaged at Phipps Conservatory in Pittsburgh. It was a freezing cold night, and Haley was wondering why Nate wanted to keep wandering around the outdoor garden. When he got down on one knee, they had been outside so long, and it was so cold that Haley's tears actually froze to her cheeks. It was such a surprise and so worth the freezing weather! :)
